Insel Hotel Bonn, Bonn

The hotel had a pretty old and uncomfortable bed with an annoying Air Con Condenser outside the bedroom window, but the service was very attentive and caring. The location was good, being near the bahn and train station, in a pedestrian area. The dining experience was of very high quality, but could be improved for dietary restrictions. The facilities were solid overall.

The rooms were comfortable and suitable for two people, despite having an Air Con Condenser outside our bedroom window, which was a bit annoying due to the lack of Air Conditioning. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff offering good traveling advice. The hotel seemed ideal for exploring the local area, close to trams and the Rhine, although a bit far from the city center of Bonn. The dining experience was of high quality, offering a delicious range of cold and hot items, better than many similar hotels. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
